Authors list

Before initiating any transfer instructions within the portal, please ensure that the crypto wallet addresses are whitelisted. The process for whitelisting crypto wallets usually takes 1-2 business days. First Digital impose a minimum 24-hour cooling off period before any wallet is whitelisted.

1. Navigate to the "Whitelist" tab at the bottom of the left panel.

2. Choose "Crypto Wallet," then click on the "+ Add Wallet" icon.

3. Select "Crypto Wallet" and click the "Next" button to proceed.

4. In the Wallet Info screen:

  • Cryptocurrency: Select the cryptocurrency you want to whitelist

  • Wallet Address: Enter your wallet address

  • Alias: Optionally, you may give the wallet address an Alias.

5. Click "Next" to proceed.

6. Review the wallet information you provided in the previous step and review the disclaimer. Click "Submit" to proceed.

Once the whitelisted wallet is verified, it will appear in the dropdowns when creating an instruction within the portal.

Note

If the status is canceled or pending for more than 2 business days, please contact us at cs@1stdigital.com.
