Create RSN Transfer Instruction

Users need to submit an RSN transfer instruction with First Digital before the team can proceed with a transaction within the First Digital network. RSN refers to Rapid Settlement Network and this is mainly for instant transfer of assets among First Digital clients.


  1. Go to Instructions and click on RSN Transfer.

  1. You will see an overview of your RSNs and click on New RSN Transfer.

  1. A pop up will appear and select the accounts and purpose. Click on Next to proceed. For the field To Account, please keep in mind you have to enter the First Digital account number which you can find under your asset overview. For more details, you can refer to our guide Navigation within Portal.

  1. In the second step, enter the amount and upload supporting information. Click Next to proceed.

  1. Review your RSN transfer instruction and click Submit to confirm.

  1. You will now see the instruction in the overview with a Status. The instruction will go through a review phase (Pending Receipt) before it will be completed. For each instruction, there is an Action item and you can view details anytime (eye icon).

Important:

Processing time for an internal transfer is 1 business day but delays can occur due to incomplete instruction information.
