Add Whitelisted Accounts

Before you can send/withdraw your assets to an address, you need to whitelist it in your First Digital account. We differentiate between Fiat and Crypto accounts.


  1. Go to My Profile and click on Whitelisted Addresses.


  1. You will see an overview of all your whitelisted accounts and select either Fiat or Crypto and click on Add Account.

  1. For Fiat, a pop up will appear and select the type of account you want to add before clicking on Next.

  1. Fill out the fields and provide the necessary KYC documents. For more information regarding the KYC documents, please have a look at the Important section below.

  1. Review the information and click on Submit.

  1. The account will appear under the relevant category in the overview with a status. First Digital will verify the account and approve it usually within 1 business day. You can also go to Action to view/ edit account details or delete the account.

  1. For Crypto accounts, select the cryptocurrency and add your wallet address before clicking on Next.

  1. Review and confirm the wallet information.

  1. The wallet will appear in the overview with a status. First Digital will verify the wallet and approve it usually within 1 business day. You can also go to Action to view account details.

Important:

For Individual accounts, we require users to upload a Proof of ID and Proof of Address for identity verification.

Documents we accept:

POI: Passport

POA: Electricity bill/ Water bill/ Phone bill/ Property tax bill/ Bank Statement or Domicile certificate issued within last 3 months from the date you add the external account.


For Institutional accounts, we require either Certificate of Incorporation/ Certificate of Incumbency/ Business Registration and Proof of Address.
