Add Authorized Users

Give other users access to your First Digital account.


  1. Download the Authorized User Form here.


  2. Fill out the form and send it to cs@1stdigital.com or your Customer Success Manager.


Important:

The Director or the Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) has to sign end at the of the form to confirm the newly added authorized users and each Authorized User listed in the form needs to provide a Proof of Identity (POI) and Proof of Address (POA).

Documents we accept:

POI: Passport

POA: Electricity bill/ Water bill/ Phone bill/ Property tax bill/ Bank Statement or Domicile certificate issued with the last 3 months from the date on the Authorized User Form
